The ultrasonic welding and cutting system BM154R has been designed by BROSIOMECCANICA to be integrated into any quilting line and to work with any quilting machine, so that the quilting line can be fully automated.
This machine avoids the need to handle quilts for traditional manual trimming with a sewing machine. Instead, it allows the quilts to be finished on all 4 sides ready to be packed.
The BM154R can be equipped with a labelling machine for applying pre-printed labels.
A compensating dancer between the quilting machine and the BM154R ensures continuous and absolutely smooth production.
Our rotary ultrasonic welding system is designed so that the rotating horn and the contrast wheel both have the same speed. In this way, non-wovens can be welded continuously and faster. This also prevents the layers of material to be welded from shifting, thus ensuring a flat, even and creasefree seam from start to finish.
The BM154R has low energy consumption and a very low environmental impact.
