This machine has been designed and developed by BROSIOMECCANICA for the automatic packing of mattresses, sofa-seats, sofas, polyurethan pieces of varius shapes etc. into polyethylene bags, made out of two plastic-films in rolls, in order to reduce the volumes and to facilitate handling and transport. The machine is built in different versions, in order to satisfy the specific requirements of each customer.
WORKING CYCLE
The operator puts the object to be packed on the entrance conveyor-belt and presses the start pushbutton. The conveyor-belt moves forward and carries the object, enveloped inside the two plastic-films, beyond the
transversal welding-bar that automtically welds the films together and cuts them away from the rolls, sealing the bag's front and rear ends. Then the two side welding-bars adjust automatically their position to the object sides and weld the films sides together, completing the bag's sealing and cutting away the exceeding plastic material.
OPTIONAL
- It is possible to add a press to the welding-bars group for compressing the object before the bag's sealing, in order to reduce the packed object volume.
- It is possible to add an intermediate working station between entrance conveyor-belt and welding-bars group, in order to increase the machine's productivity.
- It is possible to add an electric crane, in order to facilitate the loading of the top plastic-film roll.
