The product leaves the machine ready to be packed.
The non-woven fabric is welded and stitched with rotating
ultrasonic units on all 4 sides and filled with open fibre or other materials, evenly spreading them into the corners. The welding is very neat and strong and may have a customised pattern.
The label can be printed directly onto the fabric with specific printers equipped with curing system. Pre-printed labels can also be applied by means of a labelling machine using one of the 2 side ultrasonic units.
