The BM199M is a manual press designed to vacuum-pack cushions, pillows, quilts and other products in polyethylene bags in order to reduce their volume and facilitate their handling and transport.
Once the machine has sealed the bag, the operator removes the pillow by taking it from the table under the press
Working Cycle
The operator places the cushion or other material into the polyethylene bag, positions it on the press platform, and presses the start button.
The pressure to be applied during the pressing can be adjusted using a specific pressure gauge, and the descent of the press can be set by adjusting a proximity sensor.
