The BM199T is a machine designed to vacuum pack cushions and pillows in polyethylene bags from a roll of tubular plastic film.
The machine consists of a bagging unit with belts adjustable in height according to the cushion/pillow to be packed, a motorised axial unwinding unit to regulate the unwinding of the tubular plastic film, a press unit with a lower table with conveyor belt and a mobile upper table with the possibility of adjusting the pressure to be exerted on the cushion/pillow.
An electric heating element with a temperature controlled by a thermocouple is used to heat the sealing bars.
The machine is designed to work either with neutral film or with pre-printed film.
