The BM240 is a machine designed to automatically roll up cushions, pillows and quilts and insert them into polyethylene bags from a roll of tubular lm.Using motorised adjustable belts for rolling up pillows or quilts drastically reduces the stresses to which these items undergo in traditional machines with clamps. The rolled cushion/quilt is automatically introduced into the
polyethylene bag, which is automatically created by the machine and then sealed by means of a sealing bar.
An ink-jet printer can be assembled on the machine in order to print production batch and date on the plastic bag containing the rolled product.
The machine is set up to work with neutral lm and with preprinted lm.
