This fully automated machine allows to manufacture finished cushions and pillows made of Nonwoven, Microfibre or Polypropylene. The operator has only to set the size of the cushion, the weight of the filling and the number of pieces to be produced.
A motorized contrast wheel is used for ultrasonic welding, in order to obtain a stronger seam. The pattern of the stitching can be customized.
An ink-jet printer can be assembled on the machine to print the label directly on the fabric while it is moving forward. As an alternative a labelling machine can be installed on the machine so as to weld printed labels on the cushion always using ultrasonic technology.
